This is a custom printed liner designed to fit inside our A7 Euro Flap envelopes. Upload your own design and we will print it on the paper stock of your choice and die-cut it to the correct liner shape. Choose from over 150 paper colors and finishes including matte, metallic, woodgrain, and translucent vellum.

Processing time: 1 to 3 business days after your files are reviewed and approved.

How Envelope Liners Work

The liner is printed and cut to fit the inside of the envelope flap. It is intentionally slightly shorter than the full interior of the envelope to allow for clean folding. Liners do not include adhesive. We recommend Zip Dry glue or double-sided tape to attach them to the inside of the envelope.

Preparing Your Design File

There are two ways to set up your file:

1. Use the Placement Wizard: Click the "Personalize" button above the options area. Upload your design to the wizard, adjust the scale and placement on the liner shape, then download the finished file. Upload that file to this product page.
2. Use the Template: Download the A7 Euro Flap liner template and use it in your design program to position your artwork. Be sure to extend your design slightly beyond all edges of the liner shape to ensure a seamless cut.

Choosing Your Paper

We offer printing on a wide variety of paper stocks with different colors, weights, and textures. The paper color and texture will affect how your printed design looks. For photo-based designs or designs with precise color matching, we recommend printing on a white paper stock for the best results. For designs that use the paper color as a background element, colored or metallic stocks can add a distinctive look. We highly recommend ordering a proof, especially if you are selecting a unique color or finish.

Compatibility

This liner is designed to fit Cards and Pockets A7 Euro Flap envelopes and is not guaranteed to fit envelopes from other brands. If you need a liner for a different envelope size or flap style, check our other printed liner options.
