Processing Time

• Stock Orders

  Orders with regularly stocked items (Pocket Invitations, blank cards, envelopes, cardstock, etc...) currently have an estimated 2-3 day processing time, although we try to ship same-day wherever possible. Orders containing *Custom made items* currently have an estimated 5-7 day processing time. See below for orders including custom items and mounting services.

• Samples

  Most samples ship in 2-3 business days . Custom Sample products; such as pattern paper, save the dates, printed proofs, laser samples ship within 2-5 business days after files are reviewed and approved. (Custom products or large quantities may require additional time)

  Samples shipped with USPS 1st Class typically arrive in 3-8 business days within the U.S. depending on your location. International destinations can take 2-3 weeks for delivery. Upgraded shipping options are available at checkout.

• Printed Flat Items

  Invitations, printed inserts, monograms, pattern paper, and envelope printing all require 5-7 business days for processing. (After files are reviewed and approved)

• Acrylic Invitations and Signs

  Large signs, posters, and acrylic invitations require 5-10 business days for processing. (After files are reviewed and approved)

• Custom Items

  Certain custom printed items that have a score (a fold) like thank you cards, folded save the date cards etc… require 5-7 business days for processing. (After files are reviewed and approved)

• Laser Items

  Laser Pockets, Laser-cut shapes, Laser Mats, Laser Folded Cards, Laser Bellybands, Slide-in Cards etc… require 2-5 business days for processing.

• Mounting Services

  Mounting services add an additional 2-5 days onto the processing time. (Mounting can usually only be done once all printed pieces are completed). Orders with Custom/printed items and mounting can require 6-10 business days to complete.

Shipping

UPS Shipping
Our UPS service does not deliver on Saturdays unless specifically requested (Additional Charges Apply).
Also, UPS will not deliver to a PO Box. Street address is needed to ship.

• Samples
  • Shipped within the U.S.

    Unless upgraded shipping is selected, samples shipped to U.S. contiguous states are mailed via USPS 1st Class and typically arrive in 3-8 business days after processing depending on your location.

  • International

    Samples shipping 1st Class outside of the U.S. can take 2-3 weeks for delivery. You have the option of upgrading the shipping speed at checkout.

    Ships with USPS, UPS SurePost, or UPS Ground (Standard Shipping method is at C&P's discretion)

  • UPS Ground

    Delivery times are quoted at checkout in business days (M-F). Please note that we are located in Massachusetts. Refer to the UPS Ground map to see how quickly the least expensive method (Ground) will arrive to you. For example, it is not always necessary to purchase Next Day Air if the map indicates you are in a 1 day delivery area.

    Canada: 2-3 business days

    Australia: 5-7 business days

    Canada: 1-2 business days

    Europe: 2-3 business days

    Australia: 2-5 business days

    All others: 2-6 business days

    2-3 business days to most locations in the U.S.

  • USPS Priority Mail International

    Delivery in 10-20 business days.*
    *Delivery time varies greatly with USPS International. Most likely depending on what the government agent in customs ate for breakfast that morning and their general mood for the day.
