Use this envelope in combination with the
Inner A7 envelopes.
The extra outer envelope has been used throughout history to protect the invitations final arrival to your guests.
With fewer horse and buggy mail carts kicking up mud on letters, this isnt as much of a concern today.
However, outer-inner envelopes are still widely used as part of tradition and formal appearance.
For extra fancy points, use an outer & inner envelope with your invitations.
- Size: 5.5 x 7.5
- Flap: Gummed for sealing
- Envelopes are sold in bulk at a minimum of 10.
- Not intended to be used as an alone mailing envelope with 5x7 cards. Use the A7 5 1/4 x 7 1/4 standard envelope for single envelope mailing.

I ordered these in "Cream Puff" as the outer envelopes for our wedding invitations. The color is beautiful - not dingy or too yellow. I love the feel of the paper as well. It's sturdy and a little bit textured, perfect for wedding invitations.
As the product description states, I would not use these alone to mail letters. They're a bit too see-through for that. But with the inner envelope, they work perfectly!

This are amazingly pretty envelopes, the paper is beautiful, I ordered color "Lagoon". On my computer looks like a blue, but it's more like green.... My wedding color is blue but I'm going to used them anyway; they are that pretty!!!
