Processing and Shipping Times

We do our best to get your order out to you as quick as possible.

How long til you get your stuff = Processing Time + Shipping Time

There are certain conditions that might delay either our processing or shipping times. Please see the chart below to calculate the estimated arrival of your package:

Processing Time

  • Samples

    Sample orders typically take 1-3 days to assemble. During peak months, we may require 3-4 business days to assemble your samples, but typically we get them out very quickly.

  • Standard Orders

    We typically ship all orders within 1-3 business days. During peak business months(Jan.- May) it is more likely to require 3-6 business days to assemble.

  • Orders with Finishing Services

    Finishing Services such as printing & mounting can extend processing time. Orders with Finishing Services require 4-8 business days for processing, (exact time depends on the number of services).

  • Back Orders

    Please use the 'special order instructions' field during checkout if you would like to specify that your order is needed by a certain date. We, otherwise, do not email customers regarding backordered items unless the wait will exceed 2 week production time. Backordered items will typically ship within just 1 week.

Shipping

  • Samples
    • Shipped to US

      Samples are mailed First Class and typically arrive 4-10 business days after our assembly time.

    • International

      Samples mailed outside of the U.S. can require up to 3 weeks for delivery in some areas. You have the option of upgrading to Priority Shipping (2-3 business days/6-10 International) for an additional charge.

  • UPS
    • UPS Ground

      The UPS posted delivery times are approximate and can sometimes vary +/- 1 day. Delivery times are posted in business days (M-F). Please refer to the UPS Holiday Schedule for more detailed delivery information. Please note that we located in New England. Refer to the UPS Ground map to see how quickly the least expensive method (Ground) will arrive to you. For example, it is not always necessary to purchase Next Day Air if the map indicates you are in a 1 day delivery area.

    • UPS 3 Day

      3 Business Days - Delivery typically by end of day

    • UPS 2 Day

      2 Business Days - Delivery typically by end of day

    • UPS Next Day

      Next Business Day - Delivery typically by end of day

  • USPS
    • USPS Priority

      Typically two to three days to most locations in the US

    • USPS Express

      Delivered by noon or 3:00 p.m. the next day, or noon or 3:00 p.m.
      the second day.

    • USPS Priority Mail International

      Delivery in 6 to 10 business days*
      *For many major markets.
      Average number of days may vary based upon origin and destination.
