Bleed (red dashed line): stretch your artwork past this line so there are no white edges
Trim (solid line): where the liner is cut
Safety (green dashed line): keep text and logos inside this line

When you're done, you'll see a preview of your liner inside an envelope. Approve it and it goes straight to your cart.

Tips for the Best Print

Use a high-resolution image (JPG, PNG, PDF, TIFF or SVG)
No crop marks or borders needed. We handle the sizing.
Everything in your design prints exactly as placed

Our Envelope Liners fit perfectly in Cards & Pockets proprietary envelopes and may not be compatible with other brand envelopes. Envelope Liners are cut-to-order, considered a Custom Item and can not be returned or refunded for any reason. Please order samples before placing a bulk order to ensure this product will work for your project.

We do not provide digital or photo proofs. We may send you a digital proof only if we find concerns with your file.

Review your file carefully! We are not responsible for spelling or grammar mistakes.

Please upload PDF files sized to the cut size. Please do not include crop marks. If your design touches the edge of the paper, then please add 1/8"" to all 4 sides (so 1/4"" to each dimension, ie. 5x7 would require a 5.25x7.25 file) and extend the design to the edge to create a seamless cut.

Envelope Liners are non-adhesive. Our Zip Dry Glue works perfectly to adhere the liners to our envelopes.
