Note: We will do our best to meet your request. Orders are often being assembled within 1 hour of the order placement & can often not be canceled or changed. Custom products such as Custom Size Paper & Printed items cannot be canceled or returned if they have already been made.

If the order has left our facility, it will need to be returned, and will be treated as a return. At this point the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
