Cards & Pockets Return Policy
CANCEL ORDER:
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. All cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.

If the order has left our facility, it will need to be returned, and will be treated as a return. At this point the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
RETURNS:
Cards & Pockets will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original date or purchase. There will be a 30% restock fee on all returned items. Items MUST BE RETURNED IN A BOX. Any returns shipped in padded envelopes, etc. will be REFUSED and returned back to the sender. Samples, Clearance items, Mounted/Assembled items, Customized/Personalized Items, Discontinued items/colors, Special Orders & Custom Cuts are NON RETURNABLE. The following steps must be taken to process a return:
DO NOT USE NEWSPAPER AS PACKAGING MATERIAL. The ink will bleed on everything exposed in your package. If you must use newspaper, wrap EVERYTHING being package in white paper or tissue.
1st - Email info@cardsandpockets.com and request a return or exchange, explaining the issue. Wait for approval before shipping the package.
2nd - Any opened card boxes must be re-sealed with tape, it is okay if you add additional tape to the boxes. If the plastic boxes are open in transit, the pocketfolders will arrive damaged and will not be refunded.. Any plastic-sealed items (printable inserts, mats, etc.) should be taped closed and wrapped neatly in brown paper. Any open printables must be taped shut and wrapped neatly in brown paper (or similar). If the printables can slide around and fall out of the packaging, they will be damaged in transit and cannot be refunded.
3rd - Returning products as they arrived is sometimes not enough, much of the packaging material has been compacted by the time the package has arrived to you. Please add additional packing material (tissue, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, paper towels, etc.) to every side of the box, cushioning every edge of the product. The product should not be touching any inside edges of the box. CARDS & POCKETS CANNOT RETURN OR EXCHANGE ANY DAMAGED ITEMS. Floating the product in the middle of a box of packaging is the best way to guarantee your items will arrive in perfect condition, in turn, avoiding any inconvenience during the return process. If you give the box a gentle shake, nothing should move.
4th - Include the original sales receipt and make the notation we suggest in our response to your return inquiry. If you are only returning part of an order, please highlight the products being returned on the receipt. If you are returning part of a product (i.e. you used 25 printable inserts but want to return the remaining 75) please make a notation next to the hilighted item of how many are actually being returned. All items must be returned in increments in which they were sold (i.e. printables are sold in 25 packs, they must be returned in 25 packs).
CARDS & POCKETS RETURN PROCESS:
Cards & Pockets typically processes returns once every 2 weeks. This is generally the time it takes to receive the return, examine the merchandise & process the return. You should see the credit for your return within 3-4 weeks.
Cards & Pockets reserves the right to refuse a return at any time for any reason. Pocketfolders are very vulnerable to damage and should not be shipped back & forth through the mail. It is STRONGLY ADVISED that all customers sample our products & be sure of what they need before placing an order.
